Refunds, Returns & Repaints

Each pet portrait is individually commissioned and hand-painted with care, making every piece a unique and bespoke work of art.

As all portraits are created specifically to order, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds. I am also unable to offer repaints. I am able to make very minor adjustments, but this is dependant on individual paintings.

Please take care when selecting your photographs, as the quality and clarity of the reference images provided will have a significant influence on the finished portrait. I cannot be held responsible for limitations in the final artwork resulting from poor-quality, unclear or unsuitable reference photographs. I work closely with the original reference photo, and this is crucial to the overall quality of the painting.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are commissioning an original, handmade piece of artwork. As such, slight variations and the natural characteristics of traditional watercolour painting are to be expected and are part of what makes each portrait unique.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Every portrait is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. Paintings are inserted into plastic sleeves, and come with an additional board backing, before being put into a card backed envelope. If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with your item, please contact me as soon as possible, providing photographs where appropriate, so that I can look into the matter.
